BP Outlook 2023: Keys to Energy Security and Green Transition in Europe
Experts analyse the 2023 energy scenario and its implications for the energy transition in Spain

On 23 June, Jorge Blázquez, Senior Advisor for Energy Transition at bp, presented the 2023 edition of bp Outlook, one of the most prestigious and long-established energy scenario analyses in the sector.
The presentation took place in the framework of the Energy and Sustainability Dialogues, a closed-door dialogue group organised by the BP Chair for Sustainable Climate Neutrality and the Aula de Solidaridad, in which representatives from the government, businesses and academia participate, and which meets regularly to discuss the main current issues in the Spanish energy sector. The speaker reviewed the main messages of the BP Outlook 2023, in particular the increasing emphasis on security of supply in Europe, or the consequences of different speeds for the energy transition.
