WHAT DO WE DO TO HELP YOU?

We work with you in individual sessions in a warm and close way. We will make an initial assessment of your situation, welcoming and accompanying your process, with a holistic perspective that takes into account your life stage. This is a one-off accompaniment, but if you need more support, we will refer you to external psychological assistance; or if you are already receiving help, we can also accompany you to adapt to the needs of university life.

WHEN TO CONSULT US?

As a student:

• If you feel anxious about coping with the amount of work, if you get blocked in exams or your results are not what you expected.

• If you have difficulties with classmates, if you get stuck with a subject.

• If you feel uneasy about a personal relationship, illness or loss.

• If you find yourself in a complicated family situation that is difficult to cope with.

• In short, when you are going through a bad patch or things go wrong, the sooner the better!

As a PAS and PDI

• If you need guidance on how to assist or accompany a student, their family or university decision.

• If you are going through a difficult period in your life.

• If you feel unmotivated at work or are experiencing stress or discomfort.

• If you would like a specific counselling or accompaniment orientation, or if you are looking for an external professional to start a therapeutic process.

We assess your particular case, focusing together on offering you the best help and support for you. With the guarantees of a safe environment and confidentiality. You will feel relieved when you ask for an interview. Every year dozens of students and university staff seek counselling at some point. At each location you will find a contact person. We are flexible and available to meet you online or in person depending on your circumstances.
