Comillas launches "¡Hola familia!": a new podcast dedicated to family wellbeing
The podcast comes from the University Institute for the Family. The first episode is dedicated to the childhood process of children starting school
The University Institute for the Family (IUF) at Comillas Pontifical University launches "¡Hola familia!", a new podcast designed to offer practical and expert solutions to everyday situations in the family environment. This project is part of Comillas Cast, the university's podcast platform.
"¡Hola familia!" aims to provide families with valuable resources through the voice of experts in various disciplines, such as social work, psychology and law. Florencia Insunza, a researcher at the IUF, will host the programme, talking to different specialists from the institute in each episode. Listeners will also be able to ask questions by calling a voicemail or writing to an email address.
Each episode will address key issues related to family life, raising frequently asked questions and offering practical guidance. The first episode, available now, focuses on the process of children's adjustment to starting school. Amaia Halty, also a researcher at the IUF, shares strategies and tips to help families manage this transition effectively.
"¡Hola familia!" will come out monthly and will be available on Comillas Cast, as well as on platforms such as Spreaker, Spotify, Ivoox and Apple Podcast.
