David Carnicero awarded at A3E Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Awards
Comillas ICAI student recognised for his innovative project on energy restoration and heritage preservation

The Príncipe Pío Theatre in Madrid was the setting for the 11th Annual Gala of the National Association of Energy Efficiency Companies (A3E). During the event, the Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Awards were presented, recognising the most innovative projects committed to sustainability and which brought together almost 600 people.

In category C for "Best Energy Efficiency Project - Final Degree/Master's Degree", the award went to David Carnicero, a student of the Master's Degree in Smart Grids (Comillas ICAI). He received the award for his project "El Pazo de Golmar, restauración energética sostenible y preservación de patrimonio", a work that stood out for its integrated approach between energy efficiency and heritage conservation.
Undoubtedly, a recognition that values David's commitment and effort and that reaffirms the role that projects aimed at sustainability and energy efficiency will have in the future.
