The Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service is responsible for managing the process of admission and enrolment of students, the academic management of files, the issuing of academic certificates, the processing and custody of academic records, the processing and issuing of official university qualifications and those of the university itself, and the University's General Registry is located there.

Academic Procedures
Virtual Registry
Through the virtual registry and after authentication on the university's intranet, various procedures can be consulted and carried out, including: downloading the grades transcripts, checking the status of the degree request, personal data modification, online enrollment, and other personalized academic procedures.

From Monday to Thursday: 9:00-17:00 and Friday: 9:00-14:00.
The service will be closed on any public holidays in the Region of Madrid as well as local holidays in the Madrid municipality.
