The Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service is responsible for managing the process of admission and enrolment of students, the academic management of files, the issuing of academic certificates, the processing and custody of academic records, the processing and issuing of official university qualifications and those of the university itself, and the University's General Registry is located there.

Virtual Registry
Through the virtual registry and after authentication on the university's intranet, various procedures can be consulted and carried out, including: downloading the grades transcripts, checking the status of the degree request, personal data modification, online enrollment, and other personalized academic procedures.

From Monday to Thursday: 9:00-17:00 and Friday: 9:00-14:00.
Special opening hours (June, July and August) from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The office will be closed from August 1st to 26th (Alberto Aguilera Campus) and from July 26th to August 26th (Cantoblanco Campus*).
*Telephone and online support will be available from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm on July 26 th, 29 th, 30th and 31st at Cantoblanco Campus.
