Transfer of Academic Records
If you have completed partial studies at Comillas Pontifical University and wish to continue your studies at another Spanish university, you must apply for the transfer of your academic transcript.
Payment of Fees
Pay the corresponding fees using one of the following methods:
- At the Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service by credit card.
- By bank transfer or bank deposit.
Submit the Documentation
Submit the following documents to the Degree Certificates and Transcripts Service or email us to registrogeneral@comillas.edu. Please include your degree program in the subject line:
- Completed application form for the transfer of academic records to another university.
- A copy of your identity document.
- Admission letter from the host university.
- Proof of payment of fees.
Resolution
The approval of your file transfer will simultaneously result in the cancellation of your enrollment at this University.

Fee
For the 2024/2025 academic year, the fee is €28.50.
