What is the Degree in Business Analytics (E-8)?

The Degree Program in Business Analytics provides students with the appropriate personal and professional skills to work in positions of responsibility and management in the different strategic areas of companies involved in the analysis of data and its interpretation for decision-making.
Professional Opportunities
In terms of employability, the degree provides students with a differential advantage for access to new areas of professional development in investment banking, strategic consultancy, auditing, analytical marketing, etc. They will also be able to occupy academic profiles both in the national public administration and in business centres and schools in the private and international spheres.

Comprehensive and Professional Training
One of the fundamental objectives of the university is to provide a well-rounded education for students throughout their Undergraduate Studies. For this purpose, the Faculty of Law (Comillas ICADE) has incorporated two diplomas for personal and professional development into its programs, adapted to the real needs of ADE students, and framed within the rest of activities aimed at comprehensive training: The Diploma in Communicative Skills and the Foreign Languages Studies and the Diploma in Personal, Communicative, and Professional Skills. In addition, optionally offers a Diploma in Business Analytics.

The long-standing tradition of the ICAI School of Engineering in the education and training of engineers began in Madrid in the year 1908. At present, Comillas ICAI is a School of Engineering whose academic activity is focused on Industrial and Telecommunication Engineering.

Because Comillas studies are in high demand and places are limited, the best candidates must be selected through admission tests.
Each class has its tutor, whose function is to integrate the student into the group and pay attention to their proper academic performance. In addition, at Comillas the teaching system is distinguished, among other characteristics, by personalised attention and the fluid and permanent relationship between teachers and students.
The Comillas teaching system is especially oriented towards the relationship with the reality of companies, institutions and organizations and professional practice. The Internship and Employment Office is in charge of providing students with internships related to their studies to enrich their training. In the 2017-18 academic year, 6,296 student internships were managed in companies.
In addition to these internships managed by the Office of Internships and Employment, all degrees have a significant load of compulsory external internships within their study plans.
The Internships and Employment Office informs, guides and collaborates in the insertion into the labour market of recent graduates or in the projection of the professional career of Comillas graduates, for this it has an online tool that directly relates to candidates with 5,078 companies with which Comillas has a relationship. During the 2017-18 academic year, 1,838 job offers were processed. Of the total number of graduates of the 2018 promotion, 93.22% are employed, either working or furthering their studies, in the six months following the completion of their studies.
