What is the Degree in Psychology?
The Bachelor's Degree in Psychology is aimed at people with the ability to understand and listen. Studying the Bachelor's Degree in Psychology will allow you to learn about the mental processes that shape human behaviour and will provide you with a basis for your professional activity in the social, clinical, educational and organisational spheres.

The Bachelor's Degree in Psychology does not qualify for a regulated profession on its own, but it is a condition of access to the Master's Degree in General Health Psychology, which does qualify for a regulated profession. You can apply for positions such as:

The recommended entry profile for the degree in Psychology is that of a person interested in acquiring knowledge about human beings, their individual and social behaviour and the processes and variables that contribute to their explanation. We are looking for students who are motivated and professionally oriented to promote the well-being and health of other people and who have the aptitude to establish personal relationships of help and support. A notable academic profile is recommended, with versatility to adequately handle the language of both humanistic disciplines and those in the field of health sciences, especially biology and statistics. In its professional orientation, a variety of profiles can be distinguished, depending on the interest in different areas of psychology.
The degree is offered with a generalist focus and expects graduates to have the theoretical, practical and personal skills that will allow them to specialise professionally in any of the fields of clinical, educational, social or business psychology.

Yes, there are different scholarships available depending on the faculty and degree programs, but all of them are aimed at supporting students and their families in the payment of monthly fees. In general, grants are between 40% and 75%, although in exceptional situations they can reach higher percentages. Comillas students can also access different public grants such as the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training Scholarship or the Excellence Scholarship of the Community of Madrid. In collaboration with some colleges and university residences, Comillas also develops a scholarship program for accommodation in Madrid, aimed at those students who need to travel from other places.
