Department of Electrical Engineering.

The Department of Electrical Engineering coordinates teaching and research activities in the field of electricity generation, transmission, distribution and consumption.

The DIE covers fundamental theoretical aspects such as electromagnetism, technological aspects such as electrical machines or the operation of electrical systems, and regulatory aspects such as the design of electricity markets. The teaching and research team is made up of professional engineers who are highly involved in research activities and are recognised worldwide.
