This area of Comillas Comunidad is responsible for promoting healthy habits throughout our university community through a varied and adapted offer of physical activity and sports.
Based on a comprehensive concept of health, we carry out various actions in collaboration with other areas and services that involve carrying out other activities related to wellbeing; mental health, nutrition or awareness and prevention of harmful habits such as smoking, sedentary lifestyles or technological addictions.

Procedure and reservations
Our official teams
Belonging to an official team entitles you to 3 elective credits, as long as you comply with the rules of commitment and satisfactory behaviour. Free gym and sports equipment are available to students after passing the selection tests and submitting the documentation.
The university league is played throughout the academic year, in indoor halls and sports fields, and consists of two weekly training sessions and an official match at the weekend, with the coach's prior invitation. The students who fulfil their commitment the most will be able to go on a national or international sports trip. Join any of our teams!
