The Director of the CESAG, Julia Violero, stressed the need to promote respect and good communication to counteract the climate of violence and aggressiveness present in society. In this context, she mentioned the EcoHealthy Campus project, which seeks to promote "physical activity, healthy eating, emotional well-being, addiction prevention and the creation of a sustainable environment". She also encouraged the attendees to continue the legacy of Alberta Giménez, who transformed society through education.
Rector Antonio Allende spoke about the importance of merging tradition and innovation in higher education. He pointed out that "we are proud of our tradition, but we must adapt to the needs of today's society", stressing that education depends not only on the content, but also on how it is delivered.
At the end of the event, diplomas were awarded to the students with the best records from the previous academic year, recognising their academic excellence in the different degrees. These are: Neus Arrom Sastre (Early Childhood Education), Nazaret Morales Durán (Primary Education), Yolanda Jaume Cuerda (double degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education), Paula Martín Fraguas (Audiovisual Communication), Adrián Garrido Martínez (Journalism), María Coll Femenías (Advertising), Letizia Alcaraz González (double degree in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication) and Joan Sorell Llull (Physical Activity and Sport Sciences).
