Through the letter issued by the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments, the Argentinean Episcopal Conference has received the Decree confirming Saint María Antonia de San José de Paz y Figueroa, better known as "Mama Antula", as Patron Saint of the Missions in Argentina.

On 29 May, the University Institute of Spirituality at Comillas organised a round table discussion on this Saint on the occasion of her canonisation, with José García de Castro, Nurya Martínez-Gayol and Fernando Millán.
