Comillas Pontifical University, through the Comillas Sports Office, hosted once again Madrid's Inclusive University Table Tennis Championship.
The gym at Alberto Aguilera, 23, was the chosen place for the tournament, which had a total of 70 participants from different universities of Madrid. The winners were Fernando Cabrero, from the Rey Juan Carlos University and Lucía Haifang, a student of the Dual Degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and Primary Education (Comillas CIHS). In the team section, for the first time in history, Comillas won first place, followed by the Rey Juan Carlos University. The Rector’s trophy went to Pedro Bodega, a student at Comillas ICAI.
This championship was organised by our university, in collaboration with the Community of Madrid and the Madrid Table Tennis Federation, with the sponsorship of brands like Clarins, Agua Monte Pinos, La Casa and Chef Fruit.
