Dean Stamoulis, CEO of Russell Reynolds Associates and author of the ‘bestseller’ "Senior Executive Assessment: A Key to Responsible Corporate Governance”, visited Comillas to deliver a ‘Special Guest Seminar’ within the framework of the DBA in Management and Technology Program.
Stamoulis offered an ‘Industrial Psychology’ course to DBA students, in collaboration with Ramón Gómez de Olea, Country Manager for Spain for Russell Reynolds. The seminar focused on Change Management and Self-Evaluation, since "leadership is based on values and personality, not on manuals," in the words of Stamoulis. Dean also shared his ideas on Boards of Directors in today´s changing environment.
The DBA in Management and Technology is a program aimed at professionals with extensive experience at the senior level, wishing to update their training in Technology, Management and Humanities. It represents an innovative proposal, which combines advanced training courses with research and innovation, and leads to the Degree of Doctor of Business Administration (DBA).
