The QS World University Rankings 2023 have once again shown improvements in the positioning of Comillas in the different areas of knowledge. The Faculty of Theology has moved up to 33rd place, becoming one of the top 50 in the world. It is the first Spanish faculty in the field, as well as one of the fist catholic universities.

Law and Electrical and Electronics Engineering (251-300) and Business & Management (301-350) hold significant positions. Social Sciences & Management moved up to the 401-450 level for the first time. These results confirm the good reputation of Comillas, which has managed to position itself among the best universities globally.

The rector, Enrique Sanz, SJ, is pleased with the recognition of our university, similar to that of recent years. He thanks all the professors and researchers at Comillas for their research work, especially those who have made such outstanding recognition possible.

“For Comillas it is a joy to see that QS recognises the quality of our education and research, placing us among the most prestigious universities in the world in practically all of our areas of knowledge,” says Mariano Ventosa, Vice-Rector for Research and Faculty.
