These awards recognise the best female students of scientific and technical degrees in Spain and promote female excellence in STEM fields
25 November 2024
For the seventh consecutive year, CaixaBank and Microsoft have recognised the best female students in scientific and technical degrees in Spain with the WONNOW Awards, prestigious awards that promote female excellence in the STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). This initiative seeks to promote diversity and reduce the gender gap in traditionally male-dominated sectors.
In this edition, which has once again broken participation records with 1,078 nominations, one of the winners has been Paula Pijoan, a student of the double degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Business Analytics at Comillas ICAI, a recognition that highlights both her brilliant academic career and her potential in the professional field.
Congratulations, Paula, on this great achievement! This recognition is a clear reflection of all your effort and academic commitment.
