Official Master's Degree for Admission to the Bar + Master's Degree in Legal Business Analytics and Legal Tech
Rigorous training with ongoing, personalised teacher support
What is the Master?
The Master's Degree is organised by the Centre for Innovation in Law(CID-ICADE) of the Faculty of Law in collaboration with ICADE Business School and aims to train the new legal professionals demanded by a highly technological market, so that they are familiar with both the environment and the concepts and tools of Business Analytics, as well as the main conflicts and legal problems that arise and also prepare them for a highly technological practice of law(Legal Tech ). All of this, moreover, in conjunction with the Access to the Legal Profession program, which will allow students not only to acquire this specialised training, but also to take it with an official program that enables them to access the legal profession.
The changes derived from Big Data and Artificial Intelligence are giving rise to a new environment that is also affecting the professional practice of law.
This digital and technological disruption is also altering the world of business and enterprise, requiring lawyers to have knowledge of the new environment that, beyond their own internal use for their own practice, allows them to master the digital world, in terms of both the new emerging businesses and the applications that are being introduced through these, thus sufficiently prepared to face the new and complex conflicts and legal challenges presented by a digitised business world(Legal Business Analytics).
