Tribute to Professor Santiago Madrigal Terrazas, SJ, PhD
The Royal Academy of Doctors will pay homage to the deceased Professor of the Faculty of Theology at Comillas

Next Wednesday, 31 January 2024, at 18.00, will take place the in Memoriam session of the Royal Academy of Doctors, in honour of the recently deceased Academicians of the Theology section, namely Antonio Aranda, Santiago Madrigal and Luis Vázquez.
It will take place at the headquarters of the Royal Academy of Doctors, Calle San Bernardo, 49 (Madrid).
The laudatio of the late Professor Santiago Madrigal Terrazas, SJ will be given by Professor Gabino Uríbarri Bilbao, SJ, PhD, of the Faculty of Theology at Comillas.
Professor Santiago Madrigal, SJ, who passed away on 7 September 2023, has been a Full Academician of the Royal Academy of Doctors since 27 January 2010, when he delivered his acceptance speech entitled "Tradición jesuítica en materia eclesiológica" and was answered by Martín Gelabert Ballester, PhD.
Recently, edited by the Dean of the Faculty of Theology, Francisco Ramírez, SJ, PhD, and by the Head of Studies of the TUP Programme, Carmen Márquez, PhD, the work "Non Omnis Moriar. Miscelánea homenaje al Prof. Dr. Santiago Madrigal Terrazas, SJ" was published. It contains, among others, unpublished texts by Prof. Madrigal and has been prefaced by Pope Francis. It was also presented at our University.
