The Arrupe Campus of the university was the ideal setting for the TEDxUComillas conference. A meeting organised by Jaime Piqué and Lucía Martínez, students of the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management (E-2). Jaime discovered the TEDx licence during his exchange year and asked himself the following question: "Why don't I do this at my university? Once the licence was obtained, Jaime Piqué got down to work and, together with Lucía, gathered a group of classmates to organise what was a unique event.

The event brought together leading speakers in the fields of creativity, technology, investment and leadership, offering attendees an inspiring experience focused on innovation and entrepreneurship.

Jaime Piqué opened the day by welcoming the attendees and explained how the event was going to develop. Next, Ander Bilbao, an expert in applied creativity, gave a powerful presentation on creativity applied to life. Next, Marta Echarri, founder of the Kiri and Muse Movement, addressed one of today's key issues: the future of investment. Celia Llácer, renowned orchestra conductor, shared her vision on leadership, while Eduardo Lecubarri, Head of Small & Mid-Cap Equity Strategy at J.P. Morgan, broke down the five steps to success.

After a coffee break, the session continued with Paula Fernández-Ochoa, a specialist in personal branding, who explained the importance of authenticity in professional development. On the other hand, Antón Diez, country manager of Trade Republic Spain and Portugal, presented the strategies to achieve financial freedom through investment. For his part, Alex Rayón, CEO of Brain & Code, proposed a reflection on the interaction between human thought and artificial intelligence. Next, Rosa Siles, entrepreneurship activist and executive director of Founders Andalucía, explored the mindset needed to face the challenges of the new era, and Rafael Vara, CEO of Lukkap and lecturer at Comillas, addressed the possibility of entrepreneurship without a large initial investment.

The event concluded with a networking space and a closing concert, offering attendees the opportunity to connect with speakers and other students. Without a doubt, the TEDXUComillas day was an enriching space that allowed our students to demonstrate their entrepreneurial skills, creating a forum full of knowledge and learning.
